Harwoods Patisserie:
A Complete Commercial Fit -Out
PP Building Services were delighted to be chosen by husband-and-wife team Andrew and Sarah Harwood to transform an empty commercial shell in Standish, Wigan, into their new patisserie, Harwood’s Patisserie.
Andrew, who was a finalist on The Great British Bake Off: The Professionals 2023, and Sarah had a clear vision for creating a beautiful, welcoming space where customers could enjoy and purchase their freshly made products.
Starting with a blank canvas, PP Building Services carried out the extensive works required to create the finished premises from the ground up. This included the full commercial fit-out, creating the customer-facing shop area, installing and preparing the commercial kitchen facilities, and completing the various building and finishing works required to bring the space together.
The finished patisserie combines a professional, practical working environment with an inviting customer space, creating a shop that looks fantastic while being fully equipped to support the demands of a busy, growing business.
We’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing Andrew and Sarah’s vision to life, and it’s fantastic to see how popular Harwood’s Patisserie has become since opening.
